The Vermont Council of Deliberation

The Vermont Council of Deliberation is the governing body over all Scottish Rite Valleys and activities in the state of VT. The Council does hereby swear true allegiance and fealty to the Supreme Council of Sovereign Grand Inspectors General of the Thirty-third and last degree of the A.A.S.R. of Freemasonry for the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of the United States of America, setting at its Grand East in the city of Boston, MA, of which the Illustrious John William McNaughton, 33°, is Sovereign Grand Commander and will support its Constitutions, Statutes, Orders and Decrees.
